Jeff was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University in 1986, receiving his degree in Telecommunications and Marketing. In 1989, Jeff graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

For the past twenty years, Jeff’s practice has focused exclusively on representing individuals or families who have been seriously injured or lost loved ones due to the carelessness and negligence of others.

During his professional career, Jeff has represented thousands of injured victims and/or families who have lost loved ones due to motor vehicle collisions, semi-tractor trailer collisions, and slip, trip and fall occurrences.

Jeff has tried several cases to juries, and has resolved several cases involving multi-million dollar recoveries for individuals, as well as families, who have been victims of someone else’s negligence.

Jeff is a proud member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America.

Jeff has also been active in the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, where he has served as a frequent lecturer and author on current issues and new developments in personal injury/insurance litigation.

Jeff is married and has two sons, ages 4 and 6.  His family attends Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

Jeff enjoys reading, golfing, fishing and time with his family and friends.
